Hi, I'm Cristiano (most people call me Cris).

I'm a product manager who cares about building things that actually create value.

After 10+ years across startups and global SaaS companies, I got used to seeing product work drift away from customers and into internal noise. That experience shaped how I think and how I build.

These days, I focus on small, fast-moving projects.

Simple from day one, then gradually automated and made as self-sufficient as possible.

I'm interested in messy systems — the kind where people rely on workarounds, manual effort, and things that "kind of work."

That's usually where the real opportunities are.

I also work with a small number of early-stage teams, helping them go from idea → first usable product without wasting time on the wrong thing.
